KID’S Kleinfeldt Institut - Deutsch & Services is a registered educational service provider in the Philippines.

1. Scope of Agreement

These Terms and Conditions govern the enrollment and participation in German language courses (Levels A1 to B2) provided by KID’S Kleinfeldt Institut (the "School"). By paying the downpayment, the Student (the "Student") agrees to be bound by these terms.

2. Course Fees and Payment Structure

  • Total Course Fee: Each individual level (A1, A2, B1, or B2) is priced at PHP 20,000.

  • No Admission Fee: The School does not charge a separate registration or admission fee.

  • Downpayment: A non-refundable downpayment of PHP 10,000 is required to reserve a slot in an upcoming batch.

  • Balance: The remaining balance of PHP 10,000 must be settled according to the payment schedule provided upon enrollment.

  • B2 Exam Prep: The specialized 50-hour B2 Exam Preparation is an extra intensive course and is subject to separate enrollment and fees.

3. Refund and Cancellation Policy

  • Downpayments: In accordance with standard professional service practices in the Philippines, downpayments are non-refundable as they cover administrative preparations and slot reservations.

  • Withdrawal: If a student withdraws after classes have commenced, no refunds will be issued for the current level.

  • School Cancellation: If the School cancels a batch due to unforeseen circumstances, students will be offered a full refund or a transfer to the next available schedule.

4. Online Class Participation & Certification

  • Technical Requirements: Students must provide their own stable internet connection and hardware (laptop/tablet, camera, and microphone).

  • Attendance: To receive a Certificate of Participation, students must maintain a minimum attendance of 80% and complete all course assessments.

  • Conduct: We uphold a "Gold Standard" environment. Any student engaging in disruptive or disrespectful behavior during online sessions may be dismissed without a refund.

5. Intellectual Property

All trilingual materials, grammar guides, and instructional content (including the "Orientation" presentation) are the exclusive intellectual property of the School. Unauthorized recording, sharing, or redistribution of these materials is strictly prohibited under Philippine Copyright Law.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any legal actions shall be filed in the competent courts of the city where the School is registered.

  • Processing enrollments and managing online class batches.

  • Issuing official Certificates of Participation.

  • Communicating course updates, schedules, and materials.

  • Providing personalized guidance for your professional journey to Europe.

4. Data Security and Sharing

  • Security: We implement technical and organizational measures to prevent unauthorized access, accidental loss, or disclosure of your data.

  • No Third-Party Sharing: We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Data is only shared with official certification bodies (e.g., Goethe-Institut, TELC) upon your explicit request.

5. Retention of Data

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill your educational goals or as required by Philippine tax and business laws.
